the above is the path to default location
windows refresh will backup from the default folder
windosw reset is a factory reset and loss all programmes and files

to refresh pc we can create refresh image. Otherwise the refreshing process will use
the default cd and all aps will loss.
In order to creat refresh image follow these steps
win + X  give command prompt as administrator.
type this command
recimg Creatimage D:\refreshpc
(refreshpc is the folder which should be created before this.)
